Position: Are you passionate about finding great talent, developing people, and helping employees succeed? Stage Windows & Doors is looking for a hands-on Talent Manager with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition, Training & Development, and Employee Engagement, while also supporting Health & Safety activities.

Reporting directly to the President & CEO, you will work closely with Production, Office, and department managers to attract and hire the right people, develop effective training programs, and ensure new employees are successfully integrated into the Company.

What You''ll Do: Talent Acquisition: Lead full-cycle recruitment for Production, Office, Technical, and Management roles.

Work with hiring managers to understand current and upcoming hiring needs.

Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidate selection.

Build strong talent pipelines for key and hard-to-fill positions.

Manage job postings, recruitment agencies, referrals, and other sourcing channels.

Coordinate offers, reference checks, and pre-employment requirements.

Track recruitment progress and key hiring metrics.

Continuously improve recruitment processes and support workforce planning.

Training & Development: Develop and coordinate new hire training and onboarding plans with Production, Office, and department managers.

Ensure new hires receive the training and support needed to successfully integrate into their teams and the Company.





Follow up with recent hires and managers during the onboarding and evaluation period to monitor progress and address training gaps.

Work with managers to identify ongoing training needs and skill gaps.

Coordinate cross-training and mandatory training programs.

Maintain the Company''s training matrix, certifications, and training records.

Develop and update training materials, SOPs, guides, and learning resources.

Support employee development, internal growth, and succession planning.

Employee Engagement & Retention: Partner with the HR Manager on employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives.

Work with the Social Committee to organize company events and employee activities.

Support initiatives that improve employee experience and workplace culture.

Health & Safety: Coordinate and participate in workplace Health & Safety inspections and follow up on action items.

Organize JHSC meetings, safety training, fire drills, and other Health & Safety activities.

Maintain required Health & Safety records and documentation.

General: Maintain accurate recruitment, training, and related records through HUMI HRIS.

Work closely with HR, leadership, Production, and Office teams on people-related initiatives.

Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Responsibilities may evolve based on the changing needs and priorities of the Company.

Work Environment: Location: Vaughan, Ontario Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m.



5:00 p.m.

Work Arrangement: Full-time, onsite Qualifications: Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field. CHRP designation required; CHRL is an asset.

Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, training, and Health & Safety, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge of the Employment Standards Act (ESA), Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA), AODA, WSIB, and applicable Ontario employment legislation.

Experience leading recruitment, employee training, Health & Safety programs, and Joint Health & Safety Committee (JHSC) initiatives.

Proficiency with HUMI or a comparable HRIS, Microsoft Office Suite, and strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
