I work evenings Wednesday, thur, Fri and I work the Saturday dayshift.

Sometimes the time Im off work can vary by half an hour or so and I have a 40 min drive to and from work. I would like to pay someone a set amount instead of hourly.

It would be easier for me to budget this way. I have my daughter one week on, one week off.

We live on an acreage and have a lot of animals.

The only animals requiring care would be to let the dogs outside once or twice.

My daughter loves to learn, is very talkative, she loves to help around the house, and she loves to paint and do crafts. I will be going on maternity leave in January or February. I am a more laid back parent. I believe in gentle parenting and a lot of communication.

My daughter does best with a consistent routine but life doesnt always go as planned and thats okay too! She does well with a lot of positive re-enforcement.

We are a happy little family and are excited to meet a current friend who will hopefully feel like family to us.
