We are seeking an experienced Manager, Operations Excellence to lead enterprise-wide continuous improvement initiatives, mentor business leaders, and champion Lean methodologies. This high-impact role offers the opportunity to influence organizational strategy, optimize end-to-end processes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement across a large and complex business environment.

Responsibilities

- Develop strategies to improve process performance and embed Lean best practices
- Mentor business leaders and initiative owners using Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies
- Identify improvement opportunities and develop business cases supporting organizational change
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, resources, and deliverables
- Facilitate workshops, value stream mapping sessions, and problem-solving activities
- Monitor initiative performance, benefits realization, and financial outcomes
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives from planning through implementation and post-project evaluation

Requirements

- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience




- Minimum 5 years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives with measurable business results
- Robust knowledge of Lean methodologies, Value Stream Mapping, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and Changeover processes
- Experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or other continuous improvement frameworks
- Demonstrated project management experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and data analysis tools
- Ability and willingness to travel as required

Additional Details

- Total rewards: $75.00 - $80.00 hourly
- Secure a long-term contract through September 30, 2027
