Work Term: Permanent Work Language: English Hours: 37.5 hours per week Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years or equivalent experience Work site environment Noisy Hot Work setting Plastic products manufacturers Tasks Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule activities of production workers who operate processing machines and who fabricate, assemble, finish or inspect plastic or rubber parts and products Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units Prepare production and other reports Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality Set up machines and equipment Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies Supervision Plastic products assemblers, finishers and inspectors Plastics processing machine operators More than 20 people Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses Forklift Operator Certification Work conditions and physical capabilities Physically demanding Attention to detail Combination of sitting, standing, walking Weight handling Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
