Requirements Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 4 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably within the wellness, natural products, or beauty sector Proven track record of achieving sales targets and operational goals in a retail environment Experience in team leadership, with demonstrated skills in coaching, development, and performance management Robust understanding of inventory management, including stock control, accuracy,
