Job Title: .NET, VB, C#, Crystal Reports Developer Location: Vancouver, BC Work Arrangement: Onsite Employment Type: Full-Time Job Description We are seeking an experienced .NET Developer with strong hands-on expertise in C#, VB.NET, VB6, Classic ASP, SQL Server, and Crystal Reports .

The role will focus on application development, enhancement, maintenance, production support, and troubleshooting for corporate and vendor applications.

The ideal candidate will have robust L2/L3 support experience and the ability to work closely with business users, application owners, technical leads, database teams, and infrastructure teams.

Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, enhance, and support applications using .NET, C#, VB.NET, VB6, Classic ASP , and related Microsoft technologies Support legacy corporate applications built with VB6, Classic ASP, MS Access, and custom .NET solutions Design, develop, modify, troubleshoot, and maintain Crystal Reports Develop reports with parameters, subreports, data sources, and deployment configurations Analyze application, database, reporting, and interface issues and perform root-cause analysis Implement defect fixes, minor enhancements, and production issue resolutions within agreed SLAs Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, views, functions, and scripts Support SQL Server database troubleshooting and data analysis Participate in incident, problem, service request, change, and release management processes Perform unit testing, regression testing, deployment validation, and post-implementation support Troubleshoot web applications, IIS configurations, Windows Server environments, application logs, and system configurations Coordinate with business users, application owners, database teams, infrastructure teams, and vendors Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, runbooks, release notes, known-error records, and knowledge articles Follow secure coding, access control, change management, audit,



and data handling standards Support application stabilization, modernization readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives Required Qualifications 5 8 years of IT experience in application development, enhancement, maintenance, and production support Strong hands-on experience with .NET Framework/.NET, C#, VB.NET, and Microsoft technologies Experience with VB6, Classic ASP, and MS Access legacy application support Strong experience with Crystal Reports development, modification, troubleshooting, and deployment Good experience with SQL Server/T-SQL , stored procedures, views, functions, and data analysis Experience in L2/L3 application support and production troubleshooting Strong root-cause analysis and problem-solving skills Knowledge of IIS, Windows Server, application logs, configuration, debugging, and deployment Experience with source control, build, release, and ticketing tools Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently and coordinate with onsite/offshore teams Technical Skills .NET Framework / .NET C# VB.NET VB6 Classic ASP ASP.NET Crystal Reports SQL Server / T-SQL Stored Procedures / Views / Functions MS Access IIS Windows Server HTML / CSS / Java
