Responsibilities: As part of our Maintenance team, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving plant equipment reliability and performance including: Performing preventative maintenance and mechanical repairs on industrial equipment including pumps, conveyors, motors, seals, and rotating equipment Troubleshooting hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems Diagnosing equipment issues and supporting continuous improvement initiatives Reading and interpreting drawings and plans to complete repairs efficiently and safely Assembling, fitting, aligning, and adjusting machinery and equipment Responding to breakdowns and minimizing operational downtime Working collaboratively with operations, engineers, electricians, welders,



and other trades Maintaining accurate maintenance records within the CMMS system Supporting a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment Qualifications & Skills: Journeyperson Millwright Certification (Alberta) and/or Red Seal Certification OR Registered 4th Year Millwright Apprentice (Alberta Apprenticeship Program) Experience working in an industrial, manufacturing, mining, or heavy equipment environment considered an asset Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Commitment to safety and safe work practices Positive attitude with a strong work ethic Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment Basic computer skills What We Offer: Full-time, permanent, in-town employment Competitive hourly rate: Journeypersons: $46.195/hour plus shift premiums Apprentices: 90% apprenticeship rate Overtime at 1.5X and 2.0X Employer-paid benefits and pension PPE Provided Stable, long-term career opportunity Opportunity to work with a highly skilled maintenance team in a heavy industrial environment 12-hour rotational day/night shifts Pre-employment requirements: Zero-tolerance drug and alcohol test Criminal background check If youre looking for an chance to grow your career, expand your skills, and be part of a strong maintenance team, wed like to hear from you.
