Position : Senior Tax & Accounting Manager Location: General Muskoka Region, Ontario, Canada

About The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced Senior Tax & Accounting Manager to join a collaborative public accounting team in the Muskoka region.

This is an excellent opportunity for a tax professional who enjoys client advisory, tax planning, team leadership, and building long-term client relationships .

For the right candidate, there is also partnership potential and an opportunity to take on a meaningful long-term leadership role.

Key Responsibilities

- Review corporate and personal tax files
- Provide corporate and personal tax planning and advisory
- Handle tax reorganizations and related planning
- Coach, mentor, and support the accounting team
- Provide accounting and tax advice to clients
- Maintain high-quality client service and file standards
- Support the continued growth and development of the firm

Requirements

- 7+ years of experience in Canadian public accounting
- Strong knowledge of corporate and personal taxation
- Leadership, coaching, or team management experience




- Strong client advisory and communication skills
- Experience with CaseWare, Profile, and QuickBooks is preferred
- CPA designation is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote-friendly environment
