We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Server/Cashier to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and take their food and beverage orders accurately using our POS (Point of Sale) system, including Micros POS technology.
- Prepare and serve food items according to established standards, ensuring quality and presentation meet company guidelines.
- Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling, processing payments, giving change, and balancing registers at shift end.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area, kitchen, and food preparation zones in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales by recommending popular or new offerings.
- Assist with food handling responsibilities such as plating, portioning, or basic food prep when needed.




- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries promptly, resolving issues professionally, and ensuring a positive dining experience.

Skills

- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a strong understanding of the food industry.
- Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, for efficient order processing and cash handling.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods while maintaining high-quality service.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, making change, and processing transactions smoothly.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and the ability to upsell menu items effectively.
- Kitchen experience or food preparation skills are a plus for supporting team operations during peak times.
