Server Supervisor

About Us

We are a busy Japanese restaurant in Downtown Vancouver, committed to providing exceptional food and outstanding customer service. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Server Supervisor to join our team.

Responsibilities

- Lead and support the front-of-house team during service
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
- Train and mentor new staff members
- Assist with daily operations and support the serving team
- Handle customer concerns professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
- Manage and monitor inventory levels carefully
- Assist with inventory checks and ensure accurate stock control
- Help create a positive and efficient work environment

Requirements
- Previous serving experience required
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Must be available to work full time
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail,



especially with inventory management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Serving It Right certification

Compensation & Benefits
- Starting wage will be minimum wage
- After successful training and demonstrating good performance, the hourly wage will be increased
