Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets quality standards
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas
- Follow food safety and proper food-handling procedures
- Recommend and upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales




- Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently while providing personalized attention
- Respond promptly and professionally to guests’ questions, special requests, and concerns
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations

Qualifications
- Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred
- Basic understanding of the food and hospitality industry is an asset
- Previous experience with POS systems is an asset
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive, and energetic attitude
- Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation
- Basic math skills for cashiering and cash handling
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
