Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS
- Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation and quality meet standards
- Handle cash, process payments accurately, and give correct change using cash handling procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas, tables, and service stations in compliance with food safety regulations
- Assist in food preparation or kitchen support as needed to ensure smooth operations
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities




- Manage time effectively during busy hours to serve multiple tables efficiently while maintaining high service standards

Skills

- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a strong understanding of hospitality principles
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cashiering tasks
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle inquiries or complaints professionally
- Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols to ensure guest health and compliance with regulations
- Solid time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, billing, and transaction processing
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a positive attitude
- Previous experience in food industry roles such as serving or cashiering is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
