Here's What You Bring to the Team:

As the Service & Warranty Technician you are in the business of making living in a Shane Home stress-free. You are driven by providing an exceptional experience to all homeowners at every interaction. You have a keen eye for detail, and a proactive mindset allowing you to tackle challenges with patience and ease.

You are able to solve problems and explain situations in a way that's easy to understand, while maintaining the highest level of professionalism. Last, but not least, your time management, communication, and interpersonal skills are exceptional.

We would love it if you had these too:

- 3-5 years of customer service experience in residential construction
- Strong knowledge of residential construction, routine home maintenance and home function
- Hands on experience working with a variety of tools




- A natural ability to problem solve and think outside the box
- Ability to interact with homeowners in a calm, patient and positive demeanor under all circumstances
- An enthusiastic, positive, and self-starter attitude
- The ability to physically maneuver up to 50lbs
- Valid Driver's License and Clean Drivers Abstract

Here's What Your Day-To-Day Could Look Like:

- Attend scheduled warranty appointments, actively listen and document homeowner concerns, and coordinate solutions accordingly.
- Offer expert guidance and educate our homeowners on the maintenance and operation of their home.
- Completing minor improvements and repairs involving: painting, drywall repair, caulking, seasonal maintenance, and minor carpentry.
- Conduct pre-occupancy checks to prepare for a seamless home turnover.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with subcontractors and suppliers ensuring a smooth coordination of necessary repairs.
