- Estimate parts and labour cost to perform vehicle maintenance and repairs

- Perform scheduled maintenance service

- Test and adjust units to specifications

- Complete reports to record problems and work performed

Requirements

- No degree, certificate, or diploma required.

- Must have 5 years or more of work experience.

- Must be able to communicate either English or French.

- Must be able to work in a dirty and noisy environment.

- Must be able to work in a garage setting.





- Must have own transportation and a valid Driver’s License.

- Must be able to provide a Driving record check.

- Must have an Automotive Service Technician Trade Certification.

- Work conditions and physical capabilities include strong hand-eye co-ordination,

attention to detail, and manual dexterity, as well as the ability to stand for extended periods.

- Own tools/equipment required include tools and steel-toed safety boots.

- Personal suitability includes accuracy, dependability, excellent written communication,

reliability, teamwork, and punctuality.
