Duties

- Greet guests warmly and assist them with menu selections, offering recommendations and upselling where appropriate
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely and correct delivery
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols
- Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and processing payments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, including tables, stations, and dining spaces in accordance with sanitation standards
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure proper food preparation, presentation, and timely service




- Provide outstanding guest services by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction

Skills

- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with strong customer service skills
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for order entry and cashiering functions
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, billing, and order calculations accurately
- Solid communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential
