Experienced Siding Installer Crews – James Hardie & Exterior Finishes

Evermore Group is looking to build relationships with experienced, reliable siding installation crews and subcontractors for ongoing exterior renovation projects throughout Calgary, Rocky View County, Mountain View County, and surrounding areas.

We are specifically looking for crews with strong experience installing James Hardie products and other exterior cladding systems.

Scope of Work

Projects may include

- James Hardie lap siding
- James Hardie Straight Edge Shake
- HardiePanel and architectural panel systems
- Cedar shake removal and replacement
- Vinyl siding
- Engineered wood siding
- Exterior trim and finishing
- Soffit and fascia
- Flashing and building-envelope details
- House wrap / weather barrier installation
- Caulking and exterior finishing
- Removal and disposal of existing exterior materials
- Renovation and replacement siding projects
- Multi-family, residential, and light commercial projects

What We’re Looking For

Ideal crews will have

- Proven professional siding installation experience
- Strong experience with James Hardie products
- Understanding of proper Hardie installation specifications
- Experience with exterior renovation and re-cladding projects
- Strong attention to flashing, moisture management, trim details, and finish quality
- Ability to read plans, measurements, and scopes of work
- Own transportation
- Own standard siding tools and equipment
- Ability to work safely from ladders, scaffolding, and aerial equipment where required
- Reliable crew members who show up when scheduled




- Strong communication with project management
- Ability to maintain clean and organized job sites
- Valid insurance and WCB coverage for subcontractor crews

Compensation

Competitive – based on project, scope, experience, and crew size.

Pricing may be structured by:

- Square foot
- Project
- Labour-only contract
- Negotiated subcontractor agreement
