Skills/ Experience
- We are looking for a person who can help us sustain the level of visibility and recommendation for root cause when alerts trigger for us. For example, today, if Dynatrace raises an alert on a booking flow failure rate increase, our SRE would review the alert and find the root cause, recommending that it appears to be Navitaire SDK related, and prompts our incident management team (or delivery groups) to raise an alarm with the appropriate parties
- Dynatrace proficiency
- Alert/monitoring design and refactoring capability
- Application structure experience
- AI configuration within Dynatrace would be a plus as well
