With over $10 billion dollars in assets, they are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician that will be responsible for traveling between residential buildings in the in the Kitchener/Waterloo region .

In this role, you will be responsible predominantly for property maintenance including building mechanical systems.

Compensation $45,000 $50,000 annually plus additional perks.

Position Description As the successful candidates, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:



Ensuring tenant requests are fulfilled and dealt with in a timely manner Ensuring work orders are organized and tackled in priority sequence Responsible for building maintenance and repairs Minor electrical, plumbing and mechanical repairs Respond to afterhours emergencies Managing one other maintenance associate and subcontractors while on site Ensuring the common areas are clean and well maintained on a regular basis Experience Have experience in building maintenance within high rise residential Have strong communication skills, able to manage client relationships Have excellent problem-solving skills, able to think on your feet Have strong maintenance skills and the ability to direct other maintenance associates and organize work order based on priority Must be able to work in a fast paced environment Strong ability to work independently and in a team environment Qualifications Strong maintenance experience MUST have a vehicle
