Lead and support month-end and year-end close for the organization Manage working capital and develop strong financial processes Automate systems and financial processes utilizing AI tools Review financials with external auditors Analyze and explain variances Qualifications: CPA designation is required.

Ideally looking for a manager level in public accounting, looking to move into industry OR someone who started their career in public accounting who has moved into industry and is now looking for a step-up to a Controller role Experience in interfacing and automating books.

Familiarity with AI tools and bots Experience with system conversions or level-setting accounting systems Entrepreneurial mindset, adaptable, and able to wear many hats.

Strong communication skills for effective collaboration.
