As Assistant Deli Manager at our James Bay location, youll help lead a skilled team that takes real pride in the food they make and the community they serve, upholding the high standards our customers have come to count on.

Responsibilities Team Leadership: Assist the Deli Manager with overseeing daily operations and food preparation.

Team Management: Assist with training and development of deli staff; supervise various duties, including cooking, packaging, and serving.

Product Knowledge: Be well-versed in our deli products, including meats, cheeses, salads, and sandwiches.

Food Preparation: Prepare and package sandwiches, pizza, salads, hot food, and more.

Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, place orders, and minimize waste.

Stocking & Display: Manage product storage, rotation, and merchandising.

Customer Service:



Interact with customers, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction.

Food Safety: Adhere to health and safety regulations in food handling and sanitation.
