Our client is seeking a HR Advisor to join their team. As a HR Advisor, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting various client groups. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Description:

- Serve as the dedicated HR Advisory representative for assigned client groups, providing guidance on complex HR operational matters through the application of HR policies, procedures, and systems.

- Lead and contribute to initiatives that enhance HR service delivery, including automation, self-service enablement, system optimization, and process redesign, aligned to strategic priorities.

- Act as a senior subject matter expert for HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, ServiceNow), including configuration, testing, reporting, and optimization of HCM-related functionality.

- Partner with HR and non-HR stakeholders to design and implement scalable, sustainable solutions that address business needs and improve the employee experience.

- Represent HR Advisory on large, integrated project teams, influencing outcomes and delivering measurable operational or project-related results.

Qualifications:

- Legally authorized to work in Canada





- Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR operations experience in a business-facing role; oil and gas experience is considered an asset.

- Post-secondary degree in Business, Commerce, Human Resources, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- CPHR designation or working toward designation is an asset.

- Experience working within an HR shared services environment is preferred.
