Encore Canada is seeking a Financial Data Analyst to support accurate financial reporting, focusing on compensation transactions, payroll accounting, accruals, and close processes.

You will partner with Accounting, Finance, Payroll, HR and cross-border teams to improve reporting, automate processes, and ensure data integrity. This role also supports finance transformation and control improvements in a dynamic setting. Expertise with Oracle and ERP systems is preferred.
