You will: Oversee and verify compounded medication production Review batch records, formulation documentation, and calculations Perform final product verification and batch release Ensure strict adherence to regulatory and quality standards Monitor controlled production environments Investigate and resolve deviations and discrepancies Collaborate with technicians in a highly process-driven workflow No patients.

Experience Registered Part A Pharmacist in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists 2+ years of pharmacist experience Experience in compounding, hospital, or manufacturing environments is an asset Strong attention to detail with experience reviewing formulations, batch records, and calculations Qualifications Registered Part A Pharmacists in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP) Authorized to practice pharmacy in Ontario without restrictions or conditions Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (BScPhm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited institution Compounding certification or documented training in sterile and/or non-sterile compounding is an asset Education Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (BScPhm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited institution.
