Job Description Job Title: Senior AI Platform Engineer L3 Support & Microsoft Copilot Work Model: Hybrid 3 days/week onsite Interview: Face-to-Face Required Role Summary Seeking a Senior AI Platform Engineer to provide L3 engineering support for enterprise AI platforms including Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Grok .

The role focuses on troubleshooting, platform configuration, integrations, automation, security/compliance, and supporting new AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities Provide L3 support , troubleshooting, incident/problem management, and RCA for enterprise AI platforms.

Configure and support Microsoft Copilot, M365, Azure OpenAI, Entra ID, Purview/DLP, Power Platform, and connectors .

Develop automation using Python, Power

Shell, and Microsoft Graph API .

Partner with Microsoft/vendors to test and deploy current AI features.





Support AI security, compliance, access management, and audit requirements.

Review documentation and mentor L2.5 support teams.

Contribute to AI agent and support automation initiatives.

Required Skills 6+ years in engineering, platform, or senior technical support roles.

Enterprise experience with AI/LLM platforms and/or Microsoft 365 .

Strong Generative AI/LLM understanding.

Python / Power

Shell / Microsoft Graph API .

Azure OpenAI, Copilot, Entra ID, Purview/DLP, Power Platform .

Experience with CI/CD, integrations, security/compliance, and enterprise troubleshooting .

Financial services experience preferred.
