Integrated Staffing is currently recruiting for a Sign Production Technician for a full-time prospect with an established company in the Amherst, Nova Scotia area.

This position is part of the company''s Sign Production team and is ideal for someone with previous sign production experience who is dependable, detail-oriented, and interested in growing with a well-established company with over 25 years of industry experience.

Key Responsibilities Assist with the production and preparation of signs and graphics according to customer specifications.

Operate digital printers and laminators to produce high quality graphics and signage.

Assemble printed graphics onto a variety of sign substrates.

Prepare materials and graphics for installation.

Install pre-made graphics onto vehicles while ensuring proper alignment, positioning, and a professional finish.

Follow production schedules and specifications to ensure work is completed accurately and on time.

Inspect completed work to ensure quality and accuracy.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Work efficiently to meet deadlines in a fast-paced production environment.





Perform other related duties as required.

Qualifications Previous experience working in a sign production or sign business is required.

Experience operating digital printers and laminators is required.

Experience assembling graphics onto sign substrates.

Experience installing pre-made graphics onto vehicles.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Dependable, reliable, and committed to consistent attendance.

Strong English communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong ability to follow instructions and production specifications.

Must be motivated to learn, grow, and develop with an established company.

What We Offer $19/hour plus 4% vacation pay Full-time, 40 hour per week opportunity Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
