Your New Role
As a Senior Mechanical Project Manager, youll lead some of the firms most challenging and high-profile construction projects.
Youll oversee a diverse team of professionals and ensure that every aspect of the projectfrom design interpretation to executionis delivered with excellence.
Youll manage performance, budgets, schedules, labor, equipment, and safety, while serving as the key liaison between clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
Your leadership will drive innovation, uphold standards, and foster a culture of accountability and success.

What You''ll Need to Succeed
Experience:
Minimum 6 years of progressive experience managing large-scale,plex construction projects
Proven track record in the ICI sector with deep knowledge of construction laws and building codes
Technical Skills: Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent technical training
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite
Strong ability to interpret technical documentation, drawings, and specifications
Soft Skills: Proactive, self-directed, and decisive with a bias for action
Excellentmunicator with strong written and verbal skills
Skilled in coaching, performance management, and team leadership
Client-focused with a cooperative and relationship-driven approach
