Our valued public sector client is hiring an Information Management Analyst , to design, develop, and implement automation and integration solutions for enterprise content management systems.

Tasks: Translate business needs into technical requirements, designing and developing automation, integrations, and enhancements to enterprise information management and Share

Point-based solutions.

Analyze and improve business processes, troubleshoot system issues, and support Service Desk teams in resolving application-related queries.

Develop and test workflows, applications, reports, and dashboardsincluding Power BI visualizationsto meet functional and data-driven needs.

Prepare technical documentation, including designs, specifications, change requests, and training materials, while ensuring adherence to quality standards and risk management practices.

Administer and maintain Laserfiche , including user permissions, repository configuration, and records management settings.





Evaluate current technologies and contribute technical input on the design and development of Share

Point Online and Microsoft solutions .

Provide guidance to Business Analysts and corporate teams to ensure effective integration of system software across the organization.

Mentor and support team members by assisting with technical issues and development challenges, along with performing additional tasks as required.

Must have: Advanced knowledge and experience in Share

Apps Knowledge and experience in developing applications using XML, .NET, SQL and/or C# Corporate business applications i.e.

Document and Records Management Nice to have: Project Management Body of Knowledge ( PMBOK ) Information Technology Infrastructure Library ( ITIL ) Perform technical analysis and develop automation and integration applications in support of business requirements, strategies, and Information Management (IM)
