Job Description Reporting to the Store Manager , the Warranty Clerk is responsible for processing returns, warranties, and transfers in a timely and accurate manner.

This role plays a key part in improving processing efficiency, accuracy, and completion rates to help eliminate non-moving inventory and ensure stores receive upgraded, in-demand products quickly.

This position pays between $19.20 and $21.60 per hour (depending on your qualifications).

Process and verify returns, warranties, and transfers in accordance with company guidelines and timelines.

Maintain accurate records for shipments, inventory movements, and stock transfers.

Collaborate with the Distribution Centre, vendors, Finance/Accounting, Sales, and branch teams to ensure accurate processing and credit reconciliation.

Communicate with customers, branches, and vendors regarding returns and warranty matters.





Support regional inventory initiatives and drive continuous improvement in processing accuracy and turnaround times Qualifications To join our team, you need: Experience in inventory control, returns, warranties, or administrative support preferred.

Robust attention to detail with accurate data entry and record-keeping skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); ERP or inventory system experience is an asset.

Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage deadlines and work both independently and collaboratively.
