About the Prospect You will support a community-based mental health and addictions organization providing 24/7 care across residential group homes, treatment programs, and supported living environments.
Clients may have complex mental health needs, addictions, and dual diagnoses and require consistent, hands-on support.
Key Responsibilities Support clients with activities of daily living, including hygiene, meals, and daily routines Assist with medication prompting and monitoring Build therapeutic relationships and support individual recovery goals Maintain a protected, structured, and supportive environment Respond to crisis situations and provide de-escalation support when required Complete documentation and communicate effectively with care teams Qualifications & Requirements Diploma in DSW, SSW, CYW, Addictions & Mental Health,
