Adecco is currently hiring a Product Support Analyst for a 6-month contract opportunity in Toronto, ON.

This hybrid role is ideal for an experienced application support professional with strong problem-solving skills and experience supporting digital platforms in a client-facing environment.

In this position, you will act as a key resource supporting digital platforms used by business clients.

You will provide advanced application support, troubleshoot complex issues, collaborate with technology and business teams, and contribute to the continuous improvement of digital products, processes, and the overall client experience.

Pay Rate: $34.41 per hour Location: Toronto, ON Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM | Hybrid, 4 days per week in office Employment Type: Full-Time | 6-Month Temporary Contract Vacancy Status: This posting is for an upcoming vacancy.

Responsibilities Provide advanced support for digital platforms by analyzing, prioritizing, troubleshooting, and resolving inquiries, incidents, and service issues for client service teams, business clients, and external partners.

Collaborate with internal teams, technology partners, vendors, and development teams to investigate issues, gather requirements, drive resolutions, and support the successful adoption of digital solutions.

Act as a trusted advisor by providing expert guidance and recommendations related to digital platforms, product capabilities, and support processes.

Clearly communicate issue status, workarounds, and resolutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Create, maintain, and continuously improve support documentation, knowledge articles, user guides, procedures,



and operational resources.

Support effective service delivery and knowledge transfer across teams.

Participate in product and operational readiness activities, including testing, validation, incident management, and service outage communications.

Support internal and external stakeholder engagement related to digital platforms and new product releases.

Monitor support requests, incidents, recurring issues, and user feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Perform root cause analysis and recommend long-term solutions to recurring technical and operational issues.

Recommend process improvements and enhancements to digital platforms and the overall user experience.

Maintain current knowledge of digital products, features, and relevant industry developments.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of digital services, support processes, and operational practices.

Provide occasional support outside regular business hours when required, including during product releases.

Qualifications Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.

Bachelor''s degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in an application support or client-facing support role.

Experience working in a business-to-business environment.

Experience within brokerage,



custody services, or financial services is considered a strong asset.

Knowledge of digital platforms, business systems, or client-facing applications.

Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Robust collaboration skills with the ability to work with internal teams, technology partners, vendors, developers, and business stakeholders.

Experience with Jira, Confluence, or SQL is considered an asset.

Knowledge of system or application development is considered an asset.

Strong documentation skills with experience creating user guides, procedures, knowledge articles, or similar resources.

Ability to identify trends, perform root cause analysis, and recommend effective solutions.

Availability to occasionally provide support outside regular business hours, including during product releases.
