Become a pivotal support figure at The Salvation Army as a Community and Family Services Coordinator. Focus on enhancing individual and family well-being through various community programs and services.

In this role, you will coordinate activities and support for clients, donors, and visitors through initiatives such as food assistance, youth empowerment programs, and seasonal support. Engaging with communities, you will help develop recent programming while collaborating with team members to ensure efficient service delivery across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute 'Courage' empowerment group for boys
• Develop and implement engaging programs for teenagers
• Assist with Christmas Toy/Food Assistance Distribution




• Support organization and cleanliness of program spaces
• Maintain confidentiality of program participants

Requirements:
• Completion of a 2-year post-secondary program
• Two years of relevant experience in community services
• Skills in social media management and event planning
• Willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid certification
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work flexible schedules
