This leadership role demands expertise in compliance and audit, complemented by at least ten years of experience in financial markets. You'll work closely with Segment CCOs to integrate advanced testing models and bolster regulatory alignment across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop a risk-based control testing program for critical regulations
• Implement sound sampling methodologies for testers

Requirements:
• Degree in Legal, Finance, or related field
• 10+ years in compliance or audit experience
• CPA, CIA, or related certification
