Northern Health is seeking a Lifeskills Support Worker to contribute to mental health and substance use treatment within community settings in Fort St. John, BC. You will implement life skills training, provide coaching and advocacy, and support clients and families per care plans.
Under supervision, you will report progress, assist with daily living activities, and monitor responses to medications while collaborating with the care team to improve client outcomes.
