Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure service delivery aligns with Métis Nation’s purpose
• Provide assessments and coordinate services with agencies




• Track contracted services like lawn care or snow removal
• Assist clients in accessing medical transportation and gas cards
• Record client information using OHATS and Excel

Requirements:
• 1+ years in client services or working with elderly
• Proficiency in Office programs: Outlook, Excel
• Experience in non-profit volunteer management
• Degree or diploma in social services preferred
• Must adhere to privacy legislation
