Expand your accounting skills as an Accounts Receivable Clerk, focusing on client invoicing and payment tracking. This position supports various accounting functions while collaborating with Project Managers.

As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you'll engage in essential tasks such as generating aging reports, reconciling expenses, and submitting invoices through different portals. Your role will also involve backing up accounts payable functions and ensuring timely follow-ups on overdue payments to maintain smooth cash flow.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform accounts receivable functions for designated clients
• Monitor and follow up on overdue invoice payments
• Generate and submit invoices via email and invoicing portals




• Conduct expense reconciliation and monthly cost reports
• Mentor and guide accounts payable clerk

Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in accounting or business
• 2+ years of experience in high volume invoice processing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail oriented and able to multitask in a quick-paced setting

Utilize your organizational skills and accounting knowledge as an Accounts Receivable Clerk and contribute effectively to the team.
