The Peer Support Specialist plays an essential role in providing nonjudgmental support to underserved visible minority women. Through shared experiences, you will foster resilience and reduce isolation. The position requires a commitment to women's empowerment, effective communication, and active listening skills with diverse populations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide one-on-one peer support and mentorship to women
• Facilitate peer-led support groups with program staff
• Assist participants in accessing community resources




• Participate in outreach and community education activities
