Job Summary: The Project Manager will lead and oversee large-scale digital health technology projects aimed at transforming healthcare delivery through effective information and communication technology.

This role focuses on managing complex IT infrastructure deployments and service improvements across the provincial health sector to enhance healthcare services.

Responsibilities: Plan and implement large-scale WIFI deployments with 500+ access points.

Manage Wide Area Networks (WAN) and Local Area Networks (LAN) projects, including clinical settings.

Oversee Decision Support Systems (DSS) implementations using Cognos.

Lead deployment of network infrastructure supporting acute care facilities and hospitals.

Coordinate organization-wide telecom solutions including VoIP implementations.

Develop business cases and project plans to support IT service delivery transformation.

Manage deployment projects involving Citrix environments.

Required Skills & Certifications: PRINCE2 Foundation/Practitioner or PMP certification. PROSCI (ADKAR) Organizational Change Management certification. ITIL (IT Service Management) certification.





Minimum 15 years'' project management experience with large-scale WIFI deployments.

At least 10 years'' experience managing WAN and LAN projects, including clinical settings.

Minimum 5 years'' experience managing DSS projects using Cognos. 5 years'' experience overseeing network infrastructure deployment in acute care or hospital environments. 5 years'' experience managing telecom solutions including VoIP. 5 years'' experience developing business cases and project plans for IT service delivery transformation. 5 years'' experience managing Citrix deployment projects.

Preferred Skills & Certifications: Experience working within healthcare or digital health environments.

Proven track record of managing IT projects in complex organizational settings.

Strong organizational change management skills.

Special Considerations: Work location is onsite in Winnipeg, MB.

Full time commitment required for one individual resource.
