You, as a Maintenance Assistantyouwill: Respond to planned and reactive maintenance requests and rectify issues within your skill set and experiencein a timely manner Escalate unrectified tasks to proper resources May berequiredto perform a variety of tasks, including but not limited to small equipment repairs, plumbing repairs, and fire life safety inspections Perform other tasks such as obtaining/receiving materials, painting,



trash collection, snow removal, moving and installing furniture and equipment Assistother team members with maintenance and projects requests asrequired Operateaelectronic handheld device and maintenance software for performing and recording work requests Adhere andmaintaindepartmental standards for undertaking work to meet quality standards and key performance targets Comply withrelevant safety procedures, company policies and procedures, and standards Perform any other related duties asrequiredor assigned Is this the right role for you? Must be able to perform various maintenance tasks within your skill set and experience Youhave the ability togather information, accurately assess issues, seeksupportand take direction as necessary You are a team player and have experience in performance-based service delivery and have strong customer service skills Youhave the ability towork in a fast-paced workplace and quickly develop working relationships with a broad range of individuals, both internally and externally Must be comfortable with computer applications and computer maintenance management systems formonitoringautomated systems.

Experience with Agilityor other CMMSsystemis an asset.
