Nice to Have Advanced experience with recruitment platforms like Workday, Phenom, Linked

Background in supporting revenue generating function, financial services, Corporate Finance, Banking, or large-scale institutional environments.

Knowledge of organizational development, talent pipeline planning Experience managing recruitment budgets and vendor partnerships.
