Here is a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities: Provide an architectural design of the solution covering the Business, Applications, Information and Technology domains, by means of the solution architecture design document

- Define target architectures and roadmaps for PLM, MES, ERP, and OTD ecosystems, in accordance with enterprise architecture principles
- Design end-to-end integration models to connect engineering, procurement, and manufacturing systems
- Collaborate with business process managers in the engineering, manufacturing, quality and supply chain sectors to translate business needs into technology solutions
- Contribute to the establishment of a reference architecture repository for the manufacturing and engineering fields
- Support process harmonization, standardization and automation initiatives across plants and sites globally
- Support systems modernization, cloud migration, and manufacturing and engineering-related application integration initiatives
- Facilitate workshops and presentations with stakeholders in order to communicate the different solution options, their impacts as well as the associated trade-offs and trade-offs
- Support multiple programs and projects simultaneously, providing governance and architectural oversight from design to delivery.

The profile we are looking for is as follows: Hold a 1st cycle university degree in computer science,



information systems or a related field, or equivalent experience acquired in the context of projects

- Possess a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in information technology, including at least four (4) years in solution architecture in manufacturing and engineering-related environments
- Master PLM (Teamcenter, Windchill) and MES (SAP, Siemens) solutions
- Understand ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA), supply chain and manufacturing-related integration flows (OTDs, BOMs/BOMs, process plans/routings)
- Know the systems used on production lines and shop floors
- Know the Agile methodology
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and an ability to popularize technical concepts to non-technical audiences, as well as experience working with executive/senior level stakeholders
- Demonstrate excellent team spirit and ability to lead and collaborate with different teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions
- Demonstrate strong conceptual and analytical skills, as well as an ability to creatively solve problems and develop solution architectures
- This position requires fluency in French and English for daily tasks, understanding documentation, and skilled communication with customers, suppliers, and colleagues across Canada. French and English language skills are essential, both oral and written.
