Matteo's Ristorante

We are looking for a skilled, passionate, enthusiastic Sous Chef to complete our team.

Matteo's is a small 32 seat, rapid paced restaurant opened Tuesday-Saturday.

Are you someone who:

-has a familiarity with Italian cuisine is preferred.

-has the ability to run point efficiently under pressure

-can properly maintain a clean work station

Food handlers certificate required.

Qualifications

Must have previous 2-3 years’ experience in this field.

- Multitasking Skills
- Degree or Diploma in Culinary
- Prepares food for the restaurant, events and is a team leader for those under them
- Works under the direction of the owner and strong leadership when working with others
- Maintains a high level of cleanliness and demonstrates by example when using proper handling of food techniques




- Provides a healthy and positive work environment
- Working effectively while putting food up simultaneously in timing accordance

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
