Summary Maintenance Assistant - ( Manufacturing Labour role ) MGR will decide with shift he wants candidate in.

All new hires who will be asked for the Evening shift will be placed on the standard shift for training ( Approx. months) before being placed on the evening shift.

Is responsible for manufacturing and testing ESP components such as pumps, intakes, seals, and electric motors in a production environment.

This role follows strict safety and manufacturing procedures to ensure high-quality results and equipment reliability.

Key Duties: Manufacture and test equipment as per procedure Follow detailed manufacturing and safety processes Operate an overhead crane and perform manual lifting (up to lbs)



Enter monthly risk and safety reports digitally Complete required online training and maintain safety certifications Perform daily preventative maintenance and inspections on tools and equipment Maintain clean and organized work areas Support production demands through occasional overtime Essentially I am looking for someone with positive work ethic, punctual, basic computer ability''s ( They will be required to fill out online test sheets and safety reports ) ability to use various hand tools and measuring tools. I often look at candidates for hobbies such as, working on vehicles, small engines etc. as the mechanical skills required for those tasks often corollate with tasks we ask our technicians to perform.

All manufacturing tasks performed in our facility have detailed step-by-step instructions so experience manufacturing pumping systems is not required, They will also be assigned a mentor during their training period for hands-on instruction.
