DataStealth is seeking a detail-driven Bookkeeper/Accountant to own day-to-day financial operations, including QuickBooks processing of AP/AR and vendor invoices. You will perform bank reconciliations for USD and CAD accounts, monitor expenses, and support month-end close with journal entries and accruals.
You'll ensure data integrity for tax preparation and auditing, and drive automation of finance workflows using AI tools where possible.
