As a part of the Corporate Services Bureau, you will perform inventory management and track supplies, handling various requests and repairs in the department. Your work will involve manipulating furniture and assisting with clerical tasks, ensuring efficient operations. Successful candidates will engage with team members and the community, reinforcing our mission to redefine policing in Surrey.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform shipping and receiving functions diligently
• Track supply levels and initiate orders as needed
• Conduct minor facility repairs and assembly tasks
• Manage inventory records accurately using computer systems
• Escort contractors and support team members effectively
Requirements:
• Grade 12 completion, with relevant trade courses
• Two years of relevant building maintenance experience
• Valid BC Class 5 Driver's License
• Ability to obtain police security clearance
• Knowledge of safety regulations and inventory practices
