Innovasea is seeking a Repair & Technical Support Specialist to service, troubleshoot, and repair returned electronic equipment at our Bedford, Nova Scotia facility. You will support customers via email and phone, work with Sales and Engineering on product assembly and improvements, and maintain accurate repair records.
The role combines hands-on repair with technical support, aiming to keep customer sites online and delivery timelines intact. This is a full time position based in Bedford, NS.
