This is more than a driving position. As a Security Driver, you'll provide protected, discreet, and reliable transportation while maintaining a heightened level of situational awareness. Responsibilities for High Profile Security Driver:





Safely transport clients to and from designated locations while maintaining a professional and discreet presence

Conduct thorough pre- and post-shift vehicle inspections to ensure vehicle readiness and safety

Maintain assigned vehicles in a clean, professional, and presentable condition

Review routes and travel plans prior to assignments

Monitor traffic, road conditions, and surrounding environments to ensure efficient and safe travel

Adapt routes when necessary due to traffic, road closures, or security considerations

Maintain continuous situational awareness before, during, and after passenger pick-up and drop-off

Coordinate with GardaWorld Operations and other security personnel throughout assignments

Respond appropriately to emergencies and follow established operational procedures

Complete required documentation and immediately report incidents or concerns

Maintain strict confidentiality regarding passengers, assignments, and daily operations

Qualifications for High Profile Security Driver:

Valid BC Security Worker Licence

Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence

Clean Driver's Abstract

Minimum 10 years of residency in Canada

Eligible to obtain and maintain a Government of Canada Secret Security Clearance

Basic First Aid certification or higher

Advanced Security Training (AST) Certification

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Solid professionalism and customer service abilities

Ability to remain calm, confident, and composed in fast-paced environments

Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts
