Current legal debates and precedent setting cases will be discussed.
Position Requirements
hold a MA or PhD in field or equivalent discipline; PhD is preferred;
a record of effective teaching at the post-secondary level;
have experience managing classroom and online technologies used by the University of Regina (including UR Courses [Moodle]);
Applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada, and the work associated with this position must be performed within Canada.

Physical Demands Pay Grade Faculty Sessional Salary Range Per URFA Collective Agreement Status Term Work Hours
Course Modality
The instructor will deliver the course on campus face-to-face on Wednesdays from 7:00-9:45pm. Instructors are expected to have one office hour per week. Course Dates and Time Wednesdays - 1900-2145. Duration (if Term/Temporary) January 1, 2027 - April 30, 2027. Sessional Lecturers may have preparatory work to do before the start date and sometimes may have to deal with grading tasks after the termination date.
