Labourers - Exshaw Plant - $42.10/hr - Exshaw, AB Graymont is seeking Labourers for their Exshaw Plant in Alberta. This full-time, permanent position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic industrial environment with potential for advancement into equipment operation roles. Ideal candidates are motivated team players who are physically fit and eager to learn current skills in a 24/7 operation.
Perks & Benefits Starting wage $39.10 per hour for the first 90 days, then $42.10 per hour

What You’ll Need Minimum 18 years of age
Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
Minimum Grade 12 education
Physically fit and able to carry 50lbs

Must pass Aptitude Test
Pre-employment testing: Fitness to Work Medical Evaluation, Alcohol & Drug Testing, and Criminal Background Check
What Will Make You Stand Out Partial or full trades tickets, or experience from oil rigs, welding, mechanics, millwrights, and blasters
Mobile equipment tickets or experience (skid steers, forklifts, wheel loaders, railway equipment)
Experience working in industrial environments
