This temporary contract position, lasting 12-16 months, offers the potential for full-time employment. Located in either Sherwood Park or Fort McMurray, you’ll work Monday through Friday, 40 hours a week. Your expertise in recruitment, especially within industrial trades or NDT, will drive the success of our manpower sourcing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage high-volume recruitment for various client sites
• Post job positions and track candidate submissions
• Review resumes, pre-screen candidates, and verify qualifications




• Facilitate interviews and prepare offer letters
• Source candidates using ATS CRM, Indeed, and LinkedIn

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of high-volume recruitment experience
• Strong sourcing techniques with recruitment platforms
• Effective communication with internal leaders for project scopes
• Familiarity with full-cycle recruitment
• Proficiency in Sharepoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook
