Qualifications Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
Responsibilities Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs
Empty trash cans and other waste containers
Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment
Perform minor repairs on appliances
Work with minimal supervision
Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas
Equipment Industrial vacuum cleaners/power sweepers
Carpet cleaning machine
Waxing machine
Power tools
Power lawn mowers
Snowblower
Work Conditions Work under pressure
